Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription Services

Our subscription products (ClaireOS and Agent as a Service) are offered as monthly subscription services.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@janusgroup.io
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
You will retain access to the Services through the end of the period you've already paid for
No partial-month refunds are provided for unused time in a billing period

First 30 days: If you are not satisfied with our Services within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, contact us for a full refund
After 30 days: Subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
Service outages: If our Services experience significant downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours), we will issue a prorated credit for the affected period
Billing errors: If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 60 days and we will investigate and correct any mistakes

Upon cancellation, you may request an export of your data
We will retain your data for 90 days after cancellation in case you choose to reactivate
After 90 days, your data will be permanently deleted
Financial records may be retained longer as required by law

Consulting projects are custom-quoted. Each project's scope, deliverables and price are agreed on in writing before work starts.

Satisfaction window: If you are not satisfied, tell us within 14 days of a deliverable and we will work with you to put it right
Refunds: If you have paid for services that have not been fully rendered, you may request a refund. Refunds are assessed against the work completed to that point
Completed work: Work that has been completed and delivered is not refundable
Cancelling a project: Either party may cancel a project with 30 days' written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date is billed
